Feather And Down Products
For hundreds of years, feather and down products have kept humans warm and comfortable. Feathers and down have been placed in comforters, pillows, mattresses, cushions, and several types of jackets and clothing for over 2000 years. Down is designed by nature to insulate hot air against the skin, trapping heat between each fluffy plume. Fully formed feathers have shafts and are usually used to fill or decorate mattresses and cushions. When buying feather and down products, it is a good idea to make sure the feathers themselves have been properly harvested and cleaned. We here at Frank's Cushions understand that the best feather products are made with feathers that are fully sterilized, dried, and properly dusted. By doing so, we know that the feather and down products we sell to our customers is in high condition. Our customers can purchase feather and down pillows and seat cushions directly from our brand new, 45,000 square foot manufacturing facility. For example, we sell feather bed pillows in square, round, turkish, and neck roll shapes in a variety of sizes. We also offer down and feathers for sale in bulk bags. We sell pillows containing various down and feather combinations. We can sell customers bags feathers and down, mixed to each client's specifications. We offer mixtures of 10 percent down and 90 percent feather, 25 percent down and 75 percent feather, 50 percent down and 50 percent feather, 60 percent down and 40 percent feather, and 80 percent down and 20 percent feather. We also offer bags of 100 percent down or 100 percent feather. All of these are sold in bulk. A Short History of Our Company
Frank's Cushions started out in 1952 under the enthusiastic and entrepreneurial spirit of Frank Fontana. His son, Anthony, helped to bring the business to further growth and customer satisfaction. Soon, our family business took on a whole new structure, becoming one of the largest manufacturers of of feather, down, foam, and upholstery products in the United States.
