Feather and down pillows are classic bedding and decoration materials. They are considered comfortable, durable, and extremely fashionable. When properly sterilized, people with allergies can use them. Plus, because feathers have different compression rates than down, one can choose to pack pillowcases with custom mixes. Each customer can decide on his or her preferential mix of down and feathers. We offer pillows with 10 percent down and 90 percent feather, 25 percent down and 75 percent feather, 50 percent down and 50 percent feather, 60 percent down and 40 percent feather, and 80 percent down and 20 percent feather. Of course, we also carry 100 percent down pillows and 100 percent feather pillows.

The feathers contained in these pillows needs to be cleaned and properly dusted before being packed into their cases. Afterwards, they will be harder to clean. It is a good idea to place feather and down pillows within pillow covers equipped with zippers. This way, dirt, dust, oil, and stains will be unable to penetrate the feathers themselves. Remember that feather and down pillows become less plump the more they are washed. We at Frank's Cushions sterilize our feathers and down five times, then cool, dry, and dust them for an hour afterwards to ensure that they are properly cleaned.
